The lessor and property managers (agents) workshops are a great way to learn about key areas of interest and concern that arise during tenancies.

Upcoming workshops 

The workshops are free and provide information to new and experienced property managers and lessors.

Topics include:

• Overview of tenancy law and the role of the RTA
• Your rights and responsibilities
• Key information relating to a tenancy
• RTA forms
• Water charging
• Dispute resolution
• Going to the Tribunal
• Q&A

The workshops also give you an opportunity to meet RTA staff and ask questions.

In May workshops will take place on Brisbane's northside. Details about future workshops in other areas will be available shortly.
