Interpreter services

If you require an interpreter, please contact the Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS) on 131 450 during RTA hours of business. TIS will telephone the RTA for you at no cost.

Note
If you have lodged a dispute resolution request (form 16) with the RTA or have sent paperwork to the RTA regarding an alleged offence under the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act and you have an enquiry about your file, you must contact the RTA by phone.

In most cases email enquiries will be answered by the RTA within two (2) business days of the enquiry being received by the RTA.
