A Change of Shared Bond Arrangement (Form 6) is used to advise the RTA of any changes to bond ownership during the course of a tenancy. It is important to keep the RTA informed of changes to avoid any delays or confusion at the end of tenancy. The RTA can only pay out bonds in accordance with what is recorded on the original Bond Lodgement (Form 2), unless the tenants have informed the RTA of any changes using a Form 6.
