The Lessor's agent signature record (Form 8) is used to notify the RTA that there have been additions or deletions to the signature list of property management personnel. It records the names and signatures of persons who are authorised to sign RTA forms.

The form is completed by the principal/owner and authorises each signatory which is signed by each new person. It should be sent to the RTA immediately after any changes to authorised personnel.
