Renting in Queensland booklet Form 17a

The Renting a house or unit in Queensland booklet (Form 17a) is for tenants who live in houses, flats, units, townhouses and houseboats. It includes information the tenant will need while renting and explains their rights and responsibilities under the law.

The PDF version of this booklet has been modified for the purposes of the web. It does not contain any pictures other than those on the front cover. The MS Word version of the booklet is a simple booklet with little formatting and is suitable for those using assistive technology or who do not have the Adobe software.
