Bond lodgement Form R2

The Bond lodgement (Form R2) is used to lodge a bond with the RTA.

The form should be completed as per the instructions at the front of the form and sent to the RTA within 10 days.

Please note, forms must be printed and posted or and delivered. Forms may not be submitted online.
