The Condition report (Form R1) is used to record the condition of the resident's room at the start of the rooming accommodation agreement.

If a rental bond is required or has been paid, the service provider/manager must fill in this form.

This form must be signed by both parties and a copy given to the resident.

The condition report can be used as evidence of the condition of the room when the resident moves in.
