Help desk
The RTA does not provide a help desk facility for questions that relate to RTA forms.
If difficulties are experienced when downloading, entering information or printing RTA forms, contact the software supplier/computer agent for assistance.
Modifying RTA forms content
If content and/or layout of an RTA form is significantly modified, the RTA or the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal (QCAT) may choose not to accept the form.

Adobe Reader is required to open and print Portable Document Format (PDF) files and Adobe Reader version 5 or above is required to allow users to fill in the forms electronically. Releases 7.07 and 7.08 of version 7 do not allow saving and reusing of forms. For full usability, the RTA recommends the latest version of Adobe Reader be downloaded. Adobe Reader can be downloaded for free from the Adobe website and installation instructions are also available.
