The RTA is a Queensland Statutory Authority whose staff are dedicated to delivering services which meet clients' needs and ensuring a fair and balanced residential rental sector.Each Annual Report describes how the RTA provides responsive quality services to the 32% of Queensland's population who are housed in the residential rental sector.
