If (during the tenancy) the details of the lessor or lessor's agent change, a
change of lessor or lessor's agent (form 5), should be completed and sent to the RTA.
A copy of the form should also be sent to the tenant.
Lessor's agent signature record
The RTA keeps a record of the signatures of agents authorised to sign a refund of rental bond (form 4).
Agents are required to send a completed
lessor's agent signature record (form 8) to the RTA.
If additional signatures are required to be added, or if a signature needs to removed from the records, a supplementary lessor's agent signature record form must be sent to the RTA.
