E-FormsWhy have we developed e-Forms?

e-Forms have been specifically designed to provide you, our client, with FREE and EASY access to our forms.

Through developing e-Forms we will be able to reduce the costs associated with printing and distributing forms. We can then direct these savings towards improving other client services.

How can e-Forms assist you?

Apart from the fact that e-Forms are provided to you FREE of charge, one of the major advantages of e-Forms is that you will be able to customise each form to meet your individual needs. For example, you can enter details such as your name and address into the form fields, then save that form as a template for ongoing use.

Format of RTA e-Forms

RTA e-Forms are available for downloading in both Microsoft Word (MSWord) and PDF versions.

To successfully view, input information and print the MSWord e-Forms for lodgement with the RTA, you must have Microsoft Word installed on your computer/network.

To view forms that are created in PDF format you will require Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Please note:- You cannot enter information directly on to PDF documents, as they are saved as read only versions. However, you may print the form and manually complete it.

If the RTA receives a form that is substantially different to its original format, the RTA may refuse to accept or process the form.
