Notice of lessor's intention to sell premises - form 10

Purpose of this form

This form is used to notify tenants of the lessor's intention to sell the premises.

Form completed by

The lessor/agent completes the form. It must be given to the tenant/s before or when an Entry Notice (form 9) is given to show prospective purchasers the premises.

Any selling agent who wishes to enter the premises must provide an Entry Notice (form 9) to the tenant/s and managing agent on each occasion they wish to enter.

If you receive this form as a tenant

It means that the lessor/agent is giving you notice that the premises are going to be sold
