Exit Condition Report (General Tenancies) - Form 14a

Purpose of this form

To record the condition of the premises at the end of the tenancy.

Form completed by

The tenant completes the form.

Completing the form

A copy of the completed form needs to be printed. A copy must be given to the lessor/agent and the tenant should keep a copy for their records. The tenant should check that the lessor/agent understands they must return a signed copy to them within three business days.

Upon receiving the copy of the form the lessor/agent is required to inspect the premises and comment on any item where they disagree with the tenant's report or where they believe the report does not reflect the true condition of the premises.

The lessor/agent then returns a signed copy of the each page to tenant within three business days.
