Information statement: Renting a caravan or moveable dwelling in Queensland

When a tenant signs an agreement to live in a caravan or mobile home in Queensland, their lessor or caravan park manager must give them this booklet.

When a tenant wants to rent and and live in a caravan or mobile home or rent a caravan site in Queensland, there are a series of steps that must be followed.
Both the tenant and the lessor (the person who owns or manages the caravan and/or the caravan park) have rights and responsibilities that are covered by the law.

This booklet is for tenants who rent a caravan or mobile home and/or a caravan site.
