
Moveable Dwelling Tenancy Agreement - Form 18b
When a tenant moves into a caravan under a long term agreement, the owner/manager must give them a written agreement to sign.It is the owner/manager's responsibility to organise the agreement and give the tenant a copy of the proposed agreement before they move in.
The tenancy agreement must include:
- the set of standard 'terms'(details about what the tenant and the owner/manager can and can't do)
- the name and address of the tenant, and the manager (if there is one) or the owner
- the dates the agreement starts and ends (or state that the agreement is periodic)
- details about how the tenant should pay the rent and how much rent is to be paid and
any special terms (special terms must not conflict with the standard terms of the law).
