New tenancy laws

The Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act 2008 commenced on 1 July 2009 and replace existing tenancy laws for renting in Queensland. The new Act is similar to the existing laws, but there are some important changes which may affect you.

Use the following forms for all new tenancy agreements which commence after 1 July 2009. These forms are fillable PDFs. Data typed into these forms can be saved.
