Exit Condition Report (Moveable Dwellings) - Form 14b

Purpose of this form

To record the condition of the caravan or other moveable dwelling or site at the end of the tenancy.

The tenant completes the form.

Completing the form

The tenant must give a copy to the owner/manager and should keep a copy for themselves. The tenant should make sure the lessor/park operator understands that they must return a signed copy within three business days.

Upon receiving their copy of the form the owner/manager is required to inspect the moveable dwelling/site and comment on any item where they disagree with the tenants report or where they believe the report does not reflect the true condition of the premises.

The owner/manager then returns a signed copy of each page to the tenant within three business days.
