e-Services
e-Services offers the following facilities:
- e-administration: change business contact details.
- e-bond list: view a list of rental bonds managed by them.
- e-bond details: enquire on a particular bond to view some bond information.
- e-refund: submit a claim for the whole bond refund (100%) to be paid to a tenant.
e-Services offers the convenience of providing access to the most up-to-date information almost anywhere and at anytime. It means no more waiting in queues or on the phone. e-Services is a secure site which is protected by the RTA's secure registration and ID system.
Requirements when registering
You must:
- be registered as an agent with the RTA.
- be the principal of a real estate agency or the manager of your business to complete the primary registration.
- provide the RTA with your business bank details.
- provide the RTA with your ABN.
Registrations must be approved by the RTA. This can take up to seven working days.
