Support and assistance

The RTA's Client Information Officers can provide information about rights and responsibilities under the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act 2008.

If attempts at self-resolution have been unsuccessful, they can provide information about the processes for applying for dispute resolution or to the tribunal for a hearing.
