Tenancy publications

The RTA produces a range of tenancy publications to help people in the rental sector understand their rights and responsibilities under the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act 2008. Tenants, lessors and agents in general tenancies and residents, owners/managers and lessors in moveable moveable dwelling tenancies. 

For tenants in general tenancies

If a lessor or park owner/manager has questions about their rights and responsibilities under the Act, they should refer to the relevant information statement or call the RTA's Client Contact Centre on 1300 366 311. Providers and agents of rooming accommodation can refer to the resident booklet and/or contact the RTA for more information.
