How do I amend or update my personal information?

The Information Privacy Act 2009 (Qld) allows individuals to apply to amend their personal information if the information is inaccurate, incomplete, out of date or misleading. To submit an application for amendment of personal information you should complete the personal information amendment form (PDF, 90 kB).
