In February, the Residential Tenancies Authority (RTA) introduced a series of upgrades and enhancements to the RTA Web Services – with particular focus on online bond lodgements. These upgrades have been made in response to customer and staff feedback and will make processing essential tenancy transactions online even faster and easier.
