RTA Webinar: bond increases and enhancements to RTA Web Services

In February, the Residential Tenancies Authority (RTA) will introduce a series of upgrades and enhancements to the RTA Web Services – with particular focus on online bond lodgements. These upgrades have been made in response to customer and staff feedback and will make processing essential tenancy transactions online even faster and easier.

The RTA will be presenting a webinar to introduce and explain these changes.

  • increasing your bond online - quickly and easily via our Bond Lodgement Web Service, if the rent goes up during a tenancy
  • introducing the new RTA ID login field in the Bond Lodgement Web Service. This will remove the need for property managers/agents to enter their organisation’s details every time they lodge a single bond online
  • bond legislation – what you need to know about bond increases and decreases.
