Hearing impaired clients

Use the form below for compliments, suggestions or complaints about the RTA's service, enquiries about your rental bond or the laws covering residential renting in Queensland.

If you have lodged a dispute resolution request (Form 16) with the RTA or have sent paperwork to the RTA regarding an alleged offence under the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act and you have an enquiry about your file, you must contact the RTA by phone.

We aim to respond within 2 business days of your enquiry being received by the RTA.
