The Stakeholder Engagement Framework was developed in consultation with stakeholders from the Queensland residential rental sector and released in September 2024.

The framework summarises our engagement approach. Depending on the topic or activity, this may be to inform, consult, involve or collaborate with stakeholders while demonstrating our principles of being purposeful, proactive, collaborative and accessible.

The Strategic Plan 2022-26 (updated 2023) sets our future direction and outlines our key objectives and approaches to achieve our vision and purpose.

Our purpose is to provide fair, valued and impactful rental regulation, education and support services with a vision to make Renting that works for everyone.
