RTA Webinars: Introducing RTA Web Services for refunds, bond disputes and updating your details

Following the successful launch of the RTA’s Bond Lodgement Web Service in mid-2019, we are now ready to launch new Web Services for bond refunds, bond disputes and updating customer details in early December 2019. This includes a digital fast track option for agreed bond refunds – an exciting new product that will enable tenants and property owners/managers to complete an agreed bond refund online quickly and easily.

The RTA will be presenting a series of two webinars to introduce and explain these new services.
