Help us help you
Make sure you have any helpful information with you before calling us. This might be your RTA identification number or the reference number on an RTA form. If your call is a general enquiry, we can help with that too.
During the call, please let us know if your contact details or address have changed. Your privacy is important to us, so we never share this information with anyone unless required to by law.
What we cannot do
The RTA cannot provide legal advice. You should get your own professional or legal advice about your situation if necessary. Ask about our free dispute resolution service which may be an option depending on your circumstances.
Help us do better
Your feedback is important to help us improve our services for all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander customers. Please let us know how we can do better by contacting us.
