RTA stakeholder engagement framework consultation

The Residential Tenancies Authority (RTA) is working to develop and deliver a stakeholder engagement framework that aligns with the RTA Strategic Plan 2022-26.

To help us to shape a framework that effectively addresses the diverse needs and perspectives of the Queensland rental sector, we are consulting with key stakeholders and other organisations. This will also enable us to leverage stakeholder insights and partnered activities to inform and improve our service delivery and customer experience.

Key sector stakeholder groups have been invited to participate in an online survey, which should take approximately 10 minutes to complete. Most of the survey is focused on getting feedback on how we engage with stakeholders and how we can improve engagement with the residential rental sector, as this will inform the development of our stakeholder engagement framework. There is an optional section at the end, which will enable us to better understand our stakeholders and their preferences for when we engage in the future.

If you would like to participate in the consultation to help shape the future of stakeholder engagement at the RTA, please contact us. The survey closes on 20 February 2024.
