RTA and BCCM Webinar: October 2022 rental law changes - Renting with Pets

The Residential Tenancies Authority (RTA) has joined the Office of the Commissioner for Body Corporate and Community Management (BCCM) to provide information on the new tenancy law changes around the framework supporting negotiations on renting with pets.

We discuss how this new framework under the tenancy law changes apply to units, apartments and townhouses with body corporate by-laws across Queensland, and walk through some common scenarios that may arise when negotiating to rent with a pet.
