Important – RTA service changes
As a pre-emptive security measure, from 5.00pm 12 January 2023, access to RTA eServices has been disabled until further notice.
RTA Web Services remain available 24/7 to securely undertake essential tenancy and bond transactions including bond refunds.
We ask that managing parties use RTA Web Services to request bond refunds. To track your agency's bonds list, we ask that you refer to your internal records.
We understand this decision may be disruptive for some customers and we apologise for any inconvenience. The RTA has made this decision in line with our operational priorities and commitment to keeping the Queensland renting community’s bonds safe from any potential unauthorised transactions.
Following this service change, customers needing support to transition to RTA Web Services can call the RTA on a temporary dedicated phone line (07 3224 1624) Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm.
